Store Policy

  1. All products are available only within the Philippines. Prices of the items include tax but do not include the shipping fee. 
  2. Standard shipping fee of Php 150 will be applied for all transactions within Metro Manila. It will be added to the total amount during checkout. For orders outside Metro Manila, we can deliver as long as customer shoulders the delivery fee, delivery to be scheduled. 
  3. Schedule of deliveries: no deliveries on weekends and holidays. Our team will get in touch with you directly to schedule delivery on Wednesdays and Fridays only, from 9am-5pm. Thank you for your patience. 
  4. For deliveries, tracking details and numbers will be provided. We'll send you a text message or email confirmation on this. 
  5. For provincial wholesale orders, kindly send us an email and we'll arrange the delivery of your products based on availability. 
  6. Schroeder's Deli is not liable for any delay, loss or damage incurred while the item is in transit.
  7. Strictly no refund for all items purchased. Cancellation of orders are not allowed.
  8. For wholesale orders, dealerships, and distributor inquiries, kindly send us an email and we'll be glad to provide you the best cost and quality you need for your personal use or business needs. 
  9. Schroeder's Deli accepts payments through the following: PAYPAL (using any credit card or debit card; no need to create a personal PAYPAL account), Bank Deposit to BDO, BPI or Metrobank.
  10. For bank deposits, a photo or scanned copy of the deposit slip must be emailed to schroedersdeli@gmail.com as proof of payment. Orders will only be processed after deposit slip is submitted. Customers have up to 2 business days to submit proof of payment otherwise order will automatically be cancelled.
