Shipping and Delivery Policy
• Service Area: All products are available only within the Philippines, specifically in the greater Metro Manila area and selected nearby provinces (e.g., Cavite and Laguna).
• Pricing: Prices are inclusive of tax but exclude the shipping fee.
• Shipping Fee: The standard shipping fee starts at ₱260 for orders within Metro Manila and nearby provinces. The shipping fee will be added to the total amount at checkout.
Delivery Schedule
• Deliveries are available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• No deliveries are made on weekends and holidays.
• Our team will contact you directly to schedule your delivery.
Delivery Details
• All deliveries will be dispatched from our manufacturing plant in Dasmariñas, City, Cavite. Tracking numbers and updates will be provided via text or email once the order is confirmed.
• For wholesale orders outside Metro Manila, please email us at marketing@filfreshinc.com to arrange delivery based on product availability.
• Schroeder’s Deli is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur while items are in transit.
Order Policy
• Strictly no refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.

Payment Options
We accept payments through the following methods:
• GCash
• PayPal
• Credit or debit cards
• Bank deposits to any of our accounts in BDO, BPI, or Metrobank
Payment Instructions
• For bank deposits, please email a clear photo or scanned copy of the deposit slip to marketing@filfreshinc.com as proof of payment.
• Orders will only be processed once the deposit slip is received.
• Customers have 2 business days to submit proof of payment. Orders will be automatically canceled if proof is not submitted within this timeframe.
