English Breakfast Platter
Mornings should be enjoyed. In this case, enjoy it with fried rice, eggs, and our English Breakfast sausages.
Ingredients
Schroeder's Deli English Breakfast Platter sausages
1 cup of fried rice
Atsara (Papaya Relish)
2 eggs
How to do it
Step 1
Combine cooked rice and salt then mix well. Heat the pan and pour cooking oil. When the oil is hot enough, put-in the garlic bits and cook until color turns brown and texture is crispy. Add rice based on preference. Mix the rice well with the garlic while frying. Remove from the pan and place in a serving plate. Garnish with fried garlic on top.
Step 2
Cook the sausages. Place your frozen sausages in a pan with 1 cup of water under medium fire until water simmers dry. With medium fire, heat oil in pan (if you wish!) and fry sausages.
Step 3
Cook your eggs based on your desired finish, may it be scrambbled or sunny side up! Next is to simply prepare your plate and add some bottled atsara (papaya relish) to pair it with your meal.
